Dubai 25/1/2023. Today our Ambassador Cav. Filipe Alexandre Carneiro met at the Silicon Oasis in Dubai with the President of the Rochester Insitude of Technology, (satellite campus of R.I.T. USA) Dr. Ghalib Y. Kahwaji. The theme of the meeting was to find an effective collaboration between the University and our Order.
