A delegation of the Fraternitas Draconis, formed by Grand Master Daniel von Rechitar, Grand Chancellor Stefano Mercuri, First Judge Luciano Costanzo and Dame Elena Sterpul, participated last summer in the inauguration of the Russian Orthodox Church of St. Serafim of Sarov in Chisinau. The Church was built thanks also to the contribution of the Order and its Grand Master, who is very fond of Father Andrei, rector of the Church. For the occasion, the Archimandrite himself wanted to place a commemorative marble plaque in the atrium of the Church to commemorate the Order’s donation.
